My name is Abhishek Agarwal. I am 34 years old and diagnosed with Type 2 3 days back in accidentals test. My fasting was 240, PP 325 and 1AC 10.1. I didn’t had any symptoms which could have make me guessed.
I will admit I use to take sugar like Sweets, biscuits, chocolate etc.
I have stopped sugar totally from the past 3 days and have been following Anup everywhere. Also started walking/running 5 kms daily. 2 days were somewhat lethargic for me but today I am feeling really great.
Doctor suggested me to take oral or insulin medication but I haven’t started any. I want to switch to LCHF diet completely.

Did the tests again and got report today morning.
A1C which was 10.1 in Aug this year came down to 5.1 with Avg Blood glucose as 100.TG also came down from 172 to 77.

So, in around 3.5 months, his A1C fell from 10.1% to 5.1%, Triglycerides dropped from 172 mg/dl to 77 mg/dl. Essentially, this means that he attained non-diabetic numbers without any medicines, whereas the doctor was recommending him to go on insulin. This is the ideal blood sugar & HbA1C that every diabetic should be aiming for. As Dr Bernstein says, “Diabetics have a right to normal blood sugars“. Don’t go by what your doctor tells you is good control. Aim for an HbA1C of 5.6% max.
