It’s a myth that the low carb diet is boring or restrictive. It is true perhaps, for parents who have never explored what this new lifestyle means, preferring instead, to use industrial doses of insulin. I was this way before switching to LCHF diet and could never manage to get the A1C below 7.5. As they say – Where there’s a will there’s a way.
